VenueReady

Terms of use

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These terms are between you and Dominion TechOps Ltd, who make VenueReady. We are a company registered in England and Wales, number 17266496, with our registered office at Hockeys Farm, South Gorley, Fordingbridge, England, SP6 2PW.

What VenueReady does and does not do

VenueReady helps you organise and record how your venue prepares for an emergency: it helps you write procedures, share them with staff, send alerts and keep records of briefings and drills.

VenueReady does not certify that your venue meets the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 or any other law and it does not replace professional advice. You are responsible for your venue's procedures, for checking they suit your venue and for meeting your legal duties. The guidance in the app is general and is shown with the date it was last checked.

Alerts

Alerts are sent by push notification to the phones of everyone at your venue. Phones can be switched off, out of signal or set to silent and delivery is not guaranteed. Always have another way to warn people, such as calling out or a fire alarm. The status board shows who has answered; anyone who has not may not have seen the alert.

Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using VenueReady at any time and ask us to delete your venue's information. See how to delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms and will tell you why.
